Error message in Application log

I get this error message in the application log:

The Group Policy client-side extension Security was passed flags (17) and returned a failure status code of (1332).

I have tried this fix from Microsoft and it did not work:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=http://support.microsoft.com:80/support/kb/articles/Q279/4/32.ASP&NoWebContent=1
