hi,
 You did help me in the javascript question, but i was unable to give the points because the question was already been clossed.
I just noticed that people put Points for the expert and the expert do collect the points.

Anyways thanks for the points..............
One more thing I noticed that in your previous question your links are not coming properly...
it is because you are not closing the links tag....

it should look like..

<a target='mypopup' href='popup.jsp?organizationid=Mercy&skill=Teacher>Mercy</a>

then only it will show up....
I am sure you can make this much changes without me helping you out...:-)
