VB6 active X controls showing errors while making exe which were created in intel PIV computers in win98 or win2000 OS

In VB6 Enterprise Edition ActiveX Control(.ocx) has been created on Intel P4 machine and added 2 the project and i have copied the same Project as well as ActiveX control on Intel PII/PIII machine. When i am opening the project on PII/PIII machine (Win98,win2000) it is giving the error "Errors occurred during load". error occured where creating .exe file in the middle which says"fatal error c1001-internal compiler error (compiler file-->\e:\8783/vc98/p2/src/p2/name.c)" .. ironically this folder doesnt exist in the computer. VB Service Pack 5 was installed. Otherwise if a new project is created using the same active X controls in PII or PIII systems the project works fine. The problem occurs only when a project has been created in a P4 and then trying to create an exe in PIII or PII. Now again lets say we want to run the project created in PIV using active X controls the very same project works perfectly fine. Plz reply immediately as v r loosing time here.
