Dear sir,
I thought u r PC must be in domain to access another PC through MMC. And u must have proper rights to access remotely. The problem may in rights of winnt in the system which u have to look device manager. For this give full control to winnt in properties of folder.

Dear sir,

Try to disjoin and join again the client in domain. I thought u  have not gone through rights and permissions on folders. It may also be the problem with rights asement in group policy.
