Inf install failure

Hello
I have windows 2000 sp4

I used windows update to install updates
somewhere successful
but some reported the following errors
1-Inf install failure. Reason: Access is denied
2-Failed to install catalog files

occured on jscript 5.6 and some critical updates

I'm loggen in as administrator

Any reason y I'm getting these errors?
