Java WEB Start error: "Category: Invalid Argument error"

I'm developing a Java WEB start based application and I keep getting this error "Category: Invalid Argument error".
I tried to start a demo application from Sun's site and I get the same.
I tried with JSW 1.0.1 and also 1.2 with JRE 1.4.1 and also 1.3

Looks like some security problem but I cannot find what the problem is.

I use IE 6.0.2800.1106

It *may* be that you might be able to get around the problem by clearing your browser cache, but if not, more may be required (specfically, look at the last comment in the above link).
