how to make a cgi program running on apache

I want to build cgi program (exe) that can run on apache server , is this possible using delphi ?
parameter is passed to that cgi and it manipulate it and retrun ouput result (text).
any lessons or components that help in making that ?
(i am using delphi 5 )

Use kylix  instead of Delphi.
