How do I sort in descending Order(not the sort comand)?

More details please.  What are you sorting?  ints, strings?  There are a variety of different sorting methods, some better for small amounts of data, others for large amounts of data.  More info is definitely required before someone can answer your question.

http://www.developerfusion.com/show/3653/9/   <--- Bubble sort, Selection Sort (Merge sort and tag sort are probably not what you want)
http://mathbits.com/MathBits/CompSci/Arrays/Shell.htm  <--- shell sort algorithm
