Password expiry date util?

I need a no-cost application that will list (at least) account name, and password expiry date (date of last change would be nice too) for all our AD-users.

Sorry, maybe i should have specified that i want an executable application. I don't have time to code anything.. and i am not a very good coder in the first place.
