XP GUI - how can i create XP style controls in my program

I don't know its name (maybe "Task-oriented Menus"), you can go to and see it

It's on the left panel (its caption are Network Tasks, See Also,...)

if you're using .net ... you'll find http://www.codeproject.com/cs/miscctrl/collapsiblepanelbar.asp? great ... i've used it in the past .. works amazingly!
