How could I change the size of the icmp packet send size? with indy icmp like you can with command

The only way is to modify the CONST in the idICMPClient.pas file and rebuild your package.

  MAX_PACKET_SIZE = 1024;

  DEF_PACKET_SIZE = 32;

Upon further review, I found these two consts, too:

const
  iDEFAULTPACKETSIZE = 128;
  iDEFAULTREPLYBUFSIZE = 1024;
