When any emails are received the timestamp is off by about 1 hour and 20 minutes.  I have check the timezones and the server and computer times.  They are all set correctly.  This is happening on multiple computers.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check this issue with your ISP .. There could be some issue in their mail server.

or you try deleting the email account and create one. Check if that would solve the issue

Do you download emails from any other account ( email) in outlook.Check if that is also creating the same issue

Also check mail setup options in your outlook
