Graphic fades in during swipe but not on test movie

This is a strange one.  I have several graphics that fade in at different intervals.  I have added an additional graphic on its own layer and also have it fading in.  When I swipe the movie manually, the additional graphic works as expected and fades in following the proper order.
If I run "Test Movie", the graphic does not show up.  If I run "Test  Scene", the graphic works properly and shows up.

Thanks!

perhaps you have a stop() command or something else in the previous scene which prevents the last fade from showing.

I just checked.  The stop is about 10 frames past the last fade in.

I appreciate the offer, but the file belongs to my customer, so I am not allowed to do that.

up to you - I don't think anyone will be able to help you though unless you can supply the file or give a very detailed explaination of all the code used. Give me a shout if you change your mind.

Got it working.  I reloaded a backup of the fla file and remade the layer and it started working fine.  Must have been a bug in the file.

Thanks for the help anyway and heres the points.
