I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you need to edit the file /etc/mail/sendmail.cf

there you need to search the line :
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA

you need to replace 127.0.0.1 to 0.0.0.0

and if this is not working ( rare )

you need to change the line to be like this
O DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp, Name=MTA

(remove "Addr=127.0.0.1,")
