I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It might work in a Windows emulator on the Mac. But the Mac uses a completely different processor so the compiled sourcecode is binary incompatible. To get an application to run on Windows and Mac use Java to compile it. Java is platform and processor independant.
Perhaps you can use .NET on the Mac but I don't think there's a good .NET port for the Mac right now.
A third option would be to use C/C++ and try to keep the source platform-independant. You will need two compilers in that case, one for Windows and one for the Mac. I don't think there's a good Delphi-compatible compiler for the Mac. Kylix might not work because it's a different processor.
