Best Brands - Network Components

I want to know the best brands and models for the following
1- ethernet switch 16 port
2- network card
3- dsl router

are these components complete to bulid a network with a broadband internet access
and is there is any resterictions on compatability
with the info that ISP provides only one IP for the DSL connection
please i want details of details if possible, thanks

Sisco makes awsome products but very expensive so more on the realistic side I would go with 3com which is also a very good company and has very good products

this is 3coms website they have everything you need right there

if you buy all 3com products there will not be a compatability issue I have personally run system performance tests with various brands ie D-link, linksys, 3com etc. and 3com was the fastest with Linksys close behind both are good brands but it really depends on what your looking to do with these and it all comes down to how much you are willing to spend.
