Error 515 when accessing a report in Crystal 7

We have an application that uses Crystal 7 for reporting. Here's the scoop:

1) This application (developed in Delphi, I believe) is rests on a Win 2k server where it is accessed by the users trough Terminal Services (we use the web-based app for easy deployment and we found there were fewer general errors using this method).

2) The database is a MS SQL 2000 database which rests on another server.

3) The error we are getting is a "Error 515" when trying at access a specific report. This error does not occur when the user is logged in as "Administrator."

Any insights?

also make sure you have followed these steps for terminal services. a number of files needs to be copied in a different location

should you still get the error, try using filemon to see which rights are missing.
