Here is a little info on md2 format
www.xbdev.net/3dformats/md2/md2.php

You can use Milkshake 3d freeware to create md2

www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft

If your interested in working with 3d images. Then you should download maya. Maya is the leading software in the field of 3d. They have a free personal use version, but you require windows xp or 2000 to use it.

Check out the "personal learning edition"

Also, please be repectful of the people who respond to your questions. You should always close your questions within a reasonable amount of time (You still have questions open from July) and the average grade should be A, not B. If you feel someone didn't really try to help you, then grade them B. A grade B is slightly insulting.

Hi CharlesBukowski,
thanx for answering man.... (About your 2nd post: why do you think I gave 'B'? when I ask something I know what I want, but long time ago some expert answered me but the answer wasn't that good enough to be 'A'!, cuz sometimes.. to touch the nose they try around the head not streight!= you got my point?).

anyway... thanx to you man :)

PS: Hey, any idea how to create animated character in 3D Max?(I've got 3D studio max 5 and that cannot convert some files to MD2 extension, kinda sux....)?
