A customer uses a powered USB-hub(1-4 USB ports). He complains that after using it for a while (1-day), some of his users' devices are spoiled, and the USB-hub does not work anymore.

However, when he brings that USB-hub home to try, it still works fine at home.

Could such a damage possible ? What should i reply to his complain ?

When he says devices are spoiled , he cannot use them anymore or can be used on another system or any USB hub or another USB port ...

I dont think this damage is possible unless USB hub is not from a good company and the devices that he use are not compatible with those USB ..
