Can exchange get email hosted by my isp?

Currently my MX record is pointing to my exchange server...but i am considering having my email hosted externally.  I still need to use the exchange service, and OWA...so i don't want to get rid of exchange and switch to POP3.

My question.  Can i get my exchange box to logon and fetch the email from my ISP, if so how(in general terms)?

Thanks!
