After Upgrading my Dell Latitude D600 to Win Server 2003 my wireless card is not
recognised
I am unable to find the XP 2003 Server Drivers for the  

Intel Pro Wireless 2100 LAN miniPC Adapter  Rev A04

anyone know if this is supported  or where I could get the drivers

The XP Professional and Win 2000 drivers are no help I tried

gsved .... as I can see Dell hasn't developed yet a driver for this card. I know that's not the answer you've expected here, but that's the only true answer.
You now have two options:
1. Ask tech support on Dell for drivers and wait until it's coded  :-)   may take a long time
2. Try installing drivers from a card with an identical chipset. It should work, the issue now is finding a card with this chipset that has 2003 serv. drivers written.

But as per your suggestion will look to see if anything else with an identical chipset
