Child Domain Controller

Dear all IT professional'

for the last three days I am trying to make CHILD DOMAIN CONTROLLER for our organization in the Same LAN environment but couldn't succeed. The process starts okay but after several minutes the followong message occur,

The operation failed because:

the directory service failed to create object
CN=ACCOUNTING, CN=partitions, CN Configuration,DC=rhdc,Dc=com,DC=pk. Please check the event log for possible system errors.

"THE ROLE OWNER ATTRIBUTE COULD NOT BE READ."

AND when i read the event log it states " initialization failed because the requested service redirector could not be started"

please help me out to resolve this issue.
