resetting bios V2.70 on 440CDX/1.4 satellite-pro dynabook?

I dont know password so need to reset bios & have tried disconnecting internal batt. without result & cant seem to find any dip switch/jumper/CMOS clear on mother. any advice/diagram greatly apprciated.
