"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yes, it can.

Of course you have to make sure your page displays well on the small screen size (usually 200 x 320).

You can download a software PDA-Emulator for Windows Mobile 2003 directly from microsoft. It allows you to test all kinds of applications as well as the internal applicaitons (such as the pocket internet explorer).

Hope the url works for you. If not go to http://download.microsoft.com and use the following keywords: Pocket PC 2003 SDK
