Word Fields

I have a word template which has a field for name, tel, Fax, etc.

Have written a macro to read the contents of a Text file and store the contents in variables within the macro. Where I am having trouble is presenting this information on the Word document. I could run multiple Find  & Replace statements but I feel there must be a more elegant way of showing this info?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
