How do I create and use Template in Outlook 2000

I have 2 email accounts.  Perssonal and business.  What I would like to do is create a business template or stationary to use when sending business mail.  Would like to included a graphic.

Any suggestions?

Interesting article but for the life of me I cannot find a compose button, that this 1998 article refers to.
