Hi all,

I want to know if there's a way to display a series of jpegs located in the same directory. It tried using this:

        for loopCounter:=0 to filelistbox1.Count-1 do
        Image1.Picture.LoadFromFile(filelistbox1.directory+'\'+filelistbox1.Items.Strings[loopCounter]);

BUT, i wish to display it like a movie so that it doesn't flicker. Is there a way to do it or is there a component that can speed up the job?

Thanks! :P

Best package that can be used is RXLib. you can find it torry.net.
In this package you can find An Animation component. Although it used for displaying an animation from a single file you can use it for displaying some seperate jpeg files too!

Othr solution:
You can use a TTimer Object too!
And use following line for preventing fliecker:
OnFormCreate:
DoubleBuffered := True;

And a suggestion.
You can convert you Jpeg files to SWF using ScriptSWF OpenSource Project (sswf.sourceforge.net) or Bukoo OpenSource Project (bukoo.sourceforge.net) and display flash animation to the user.

You can install OCX ActiveX for dispalying flash in user computer easily using regsvr32.exe utility.

If you search in delphipages.com you can find a lot of articles for dispalying flash content
It will be much better.

Let me if you have any problem regardless any solution I suggested
And Sorry for my poor english
Regards
