How do I set it up in windows ME/XP so that my OCR facility will scan multiple pages, successively concantenating/accumulating them to one single file?

If I cant do this, then how do I combine a whole load of files into one?

This is an application specific question.
If your application can scan to text files
copy a.txt+b.txt+c.txt+d.txt+e.txt all.txt to concatenate all to all.txt
