I DONT HAVE THE SYSTEM DISK RESTORE "WINDOWS ME" I BROKE MY DISK I NEED IT AND  I DONT KNOW EHERE TO DOWNLOAD IT AT HELP

somebody may have a copy of ME on ebay that they are selling or contact the vendor of your machine and see if the will get you what you need

Call Microsoft and they'll send you another one at low cost, you'll have to show the proof of purchase, you can also go to your local computer store.
