How to use Microsoft G.723.1 Codec

I want to convert "PCM" -> "G.723.1".

I use "acmStreamxxx" funcs.

acmStreamOpen is success..

But when I use acmStreamConvert(), it returns error ""MMSYSERR_NOTSUPPORTED".

Is it possible to convert audio format with acmfunc in WinXP ?

If it is possible, how do I make it ?

yes, indeed, I came across this same problem when messing around with 323 formats for a demo I was writing.  I didn't really need 323, but it was useful in proving a point, so I hope the same is for you.  Could you not use another format?
