You may run hijackthis as I had said and can find these entries..

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer,SearchURL = http://www.spidersearch.com/frame_results.php
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.spidersearch.com/frame_results.php
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://www.spidersearch.com/frame_results.php
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.spidersearch.com/frame_results.php

If you find these delete them
