Hi!

Is there some program which I can install on my PC, with which I could write and compile simple programs for Playstation 2?

I got YaBasic with my console, but I'm wondering if there is some similar tool for PC?

Thanx!

Hi.

If you're not afraid on Cygwin, & have an extra USB cable handy, you might find the following article useful:

You do know that there is a NetBSD for the PS2?  This might help as well.

I know this has already been answered, but Yabasic does exist for the PC. http://yabasic.de although progress has stopped on it at version 2.763, version 3 is unnoficially being made at http://www.basicprogramming.co.uk
