TWebBrowser problem ! ! ! ! !

I have problems with LOAD/SAVE TWebBrowser.
When I'm tring to LOAD it form file (as TForm DFM (I'm usin TDsnStage)), TForm can't show and when I'm tring to SAVE it to file, my program shows system error in WindowsXP.

If I put EXE application to another FOLDER - it works ! ! ! ! !

Is that some registry problem ! ! ! ! !

Thanks.
