Use yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss.  Use HH for 24 hour time.

Dear GrahamSkan & BC8:
      I Try the format [yyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss] & [yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss] .That's Working Ok Now!
      Thank You!
But I Wonder ,Why can i get difference between the format of UpperCase(MM|HH) and LowerCase (MM|HH)  ?
The format string is case-sensitive by design. hh has a different meaning to HH. MM refers to months. mm means minutes. YYYY is not understood at all, etc.
