Modifying context menu

I am creating a GUI utility, & I want to modify the context-menu that appears when u click on the icon on the title bar. I want to add a custom command to it. In addition, the command must appear in every window that is or will be created in the system, while that utility is loaded. Show me how to do this.

take the hwnd of the application and modyfy the sysmenu. loop thro the windows
