Frame Relay - v.35 port

I purchased a new Cisco 1721 router in order to replace the old NILE router for FR connection. The serial cable is CAB-V35MT, one end is V.35 and the other end is DB-60 serial.

When I tried to connect the new Cisco 1721 router, it did not get signal from ISP. Later I found the the old v.35 port and new v.35 port have different pin layout. The old v.35 has PIN on J but no on K, but the new v.35 has PIN on K but no on J. It seems that the old v.35 is not a standard port.

Did you meet the similar problem? Do you know where I can order a customized cable?

Please do NOT reply I need to call CISCO or ISP vendor because I had already done.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, I did "no shutdown" on both ethernet and serial ports later, but it did not work. Also CISCO technician told me my old cable was not a standard one. I need to order a customized cable... Thanks.

Thus I am looking for someone who had the similar experience or know which websites can make customized cable? Thanks.
