Convert EPS to JPG/GIF/PNG programmatically

Does someone have experience with developer tool (not end user application) that can convert EPS to raster such as JPG/GIF/PNG?

I need reliable and stable developer tool that:
Support Full Level 3 PostScript
Support EPS files that may contain vector graphics, raster images and font text.
Support unlimited EPS files size

imagemagick

www.imagemagick.org is brilliant, free, robust and reasonably documented it also works with lots of languages, you may need ghostscript if you are converting eps, ps or pdf files.
