Loding a pop-up movie

I am using Flash 4. Does anybody know how I can load a movie as a pop-up window without unloading the original movie which is loaded as a html file? Any help would be appretiated.

Thanks for your help. But I cannot open your *.fla file on my Flash 4. Could you just send me the code used in Action for this pop-up movie windowz? I might be able to use your code on Flash 4. Thanks.
