I think I agree with MikeKane, that if you want good security and auditing, you have to upgrade to the NT family. BlackICE is also good for forensics. Directing deleted files to the ReCycle bin enables their retrieval back into the their prlaces for restoration, but for 'proper' maintenance, they should be restored from backup, for this also validates the backup/restore process.

> But was accidently deleted from some network connection. Unable to find the trace

This begs the question of why you need trace, or why you think it was 'accidental' or from the network?

I'm sorry, but it is a bit difficult to accept so many 'accidents' concerning deletions. In addition to backups, you also have to be protected against deletions. Try to at least enable the popup "are you sure" for anyone having delete authority. Do not make shares having full authority, especially for anonymous users, who should not have extensive create authority either, when it comes to folder level access or unauthenticated anonymous access.

> Please give me some best solution..

Those are some good suggestions to start with for achieving improvements for solution(s) that handle best the present and future. Concerning the past, you have to work with what you have. HD areas that have had file deletions get overwritten by new files, including temporary ones on the host.

If you really are running peers, then your peers should also have some copies, look for them also in the temporary areas of any sharer.
