I can't delete Extended DOS Partition while Logical drives exist?

I cant delete Extended Dos Partition while logical drives exist. But when I go to delete Logical drives It anwsers me by saying( No logical drives defined)All logical drives deleted in the Extended Dos Partition.And Even when I go to Display Partition Information it ask me if I would want to display the logical drive information.......I choose(y)yes
Awnser:NO Logical Drives Defined
It does show the size of the Extended Dos Partition is 17430.
No Idea on how to go from here your help would be appreciated! Thank you

u can also download this utility from here,
http://www.russelltexas.com/delpart.htm 

NOTE: that delpart will delete ANY partiton, so make sure very much before selecting partition carefully, since it will not ask for the confirmation.
