Exporting Swf to Avi animations not played

I'm having problems exporting an swf to a .mov or .avi file.  Everytime I try it, it only exports the root layer, and does not play all my animations within. Alot of my animations are not played Thanks for any help rendered

It' not a problem, unfortunately, it's just the normal exporting behaviour..
In any format you export your movie, avi or mov, it plays only the main timeline, showing nested movieclip as one frame pictures..

Transfer all your animations from movieclip to the main timeline, separating them on different layers...
