Any guides? NS25 is on static IP, the Netgear will be on dynamic.

Check out the examples in the Netscreen VPN guide:
http://www.netscreen.com/services/support/product/downloads/screen_os/ce_v5_5_0.pdf

and setup your netscreen with appropriate parameters for the tunnel. Then configure your netgear with matching parameters.

I couldn't find a "guide" that lays it out is step-by-step terms. A lot of companies only provide these guides to show you how to connect their product to another of their product as they don't want to encourage you to purchase another vendors products. When you start having specific problems, come back and ask more questions.
