Backup email account settings with Outlook 2002

Outlook 2002 w/ several POP3 & IMAP email accounts
I noticed that they did not get exported into the .PST file.
How can I backup this info, so I can load it onto another machine?
Is it stored in a file that I can move to another domain without Profile conflicts?

You may also want to synchronize outlook between 2 machines
