is there any pendrive available that will work under winnt ? or how can i make a new pendrive to work under winnt?? any third party software or driver??

NT4 does not support USB.
Some manufacturers have written drivers for their products, Diskonkey comes to mind in the "pendrive" arena.

If your vendor doesn't have drivers, you may be out of luck

Not knowing what your market is, I can only suggest contacting the retailers you can do business with and inquiring if they carry or can order the device you're looking for
