Dear rehman123,

That is because there should be some firewall installed on your computer which is configured to prevent users from using yahoo webcam service.

If you have not installed any firewall , contact the system administrator

Thanks,
Sunray

When ransomware hits your clients, what do you do?

MSPs: Endpoint security isn’t enough to prevent ransomware.
As the impact and severity of crypto ransomware attacks has grown, Webroot has fought back, not just by building a next-gen endpoint solution capable of preventing ransomware attacks but also by being a thought leader.

so i think you may have a try to create filter for webcam on firewall, to allow incoming/outgoing on TCP port 5100, but i am not sure its success except you allow only one computer behind firewall to accept webcam call from the internet.

hope it helps,
