Move all personal files in Outlook from workstation to server

In a small Lan I would like to permanently move their mail catalogs to a server. Mainly because of backup reasons. Is there a way to do this? They are running Outlook 2000.

Quite easily.  You find out which PST file they are using and copy that to the server drive.  Then you map the server drive and open it from there.  Problem solved.
I believe the option to add an account is under Tools-Accounts in OL2k
