Cannot copy local profile to roaming profile

Hello,

I recently transfered some users to another OU in active directory to set a group policy for IE.  Ever since, when the user logs out of a machine, they get a cannot copy local profile to roaming profile user environment error due to either "network problems or insufficient security rights"  I have a suspicion that it has to do with security because it was working fine before I transfered the users to a different OU.  What rights do I need to grant them in order to write to their roaming profile and how would I go about doing it?
Thank you in advance.

They need modify permissions to the directory itself.  Check the event logs on the file server to see if there are any more specifc errors.
