exchange 2000 with a group list of contacts placed into a distribution group in its own OU.  I wish to have two things happpen.  One, when a person clicks reply, i want it to reply automatically to the group instead of the sender.  now, they have to click "Reply all"  and delete the origional sender.  Two, i need the subject line to have the group name in it (or word of my choosing) to be able to visually identify and separate it from spam or other mail and yet still allow the sender to add their own subject to it in addition to it, as in some sort of template.

any and all help greatly appreciated.

Considered putting a nice big red flashing reply.gif button at the top of an html message with a link:

<a href="mailto:group@exchange.com?subject=This ain't no SPAM!>
?
Otherwise to manipulate the subject I think you're getting into scripting that normal security would prevent in outlook.

Have you considered using something like lyris or majordomo?
