checking Disk space

Hi guys i need to write or have a script that checks the harddrive's of my sever/worstation .i.e checks this partition's
:C , :D , :E .etc the available space, used space and cabacity: and the machine's name and IP address and this will run locally on
each machine and i will like this infomation to be send to me via email.
