Add EMail Addresses To Contacts

My boss has requested the ability to add email addresses to contacts. He has an email with 100 or more addresses in the TO list and wants to automatically add these to the contacts list (in a separate folder if possible). The version is OL2002 so there is no option to add reply addresses automatically. I have found an add-in but would like a different option. Any suggestions for address farming?

When you say automatically means when you email someone ?? .. SO have your boss typed all the 100 email address in the TO list .. Then in that case just right-click the contact email address ( before right-click just select it) and say
add to contacts. I know it is not easy to do for 100 email address but anyway new emails you are going to type in somewhere ..

Let me check about adding reply email address to contact list.. That option is available in OE. Sure there should be a way in outlook

This is in an email sent to him. He wants to be able to grab them and add to contacts. In OL2000 you could reply to all with the option turned on and they would be added. That option does not exist in OL2002. I found an add-in from Sperry Software but that has been declined.
I am sure there are address farmimg programs out there (that will handle this task) but haven't been able to find one.

Yeah Slink9 . I was just going through Sperry software.Thought of recommending that but you have already figured that out..

Hmm.. I too have outlook 2002 not finding that at the moment.. Let us work more ....

One question Slink.

You said he has got email about the 100 email address. I would like to know if he has got those email address put in the body message or do they all appear in the From List..

They are in the TO list. He is one of 100+ and wants to copy them to the contact list so he can email them also.

That may work, but I don't believe my boss would be too happy with the Redemption add-in needing to be installed. I will check into that one. Anything else?

Yeah ,, I thought that may not be a very user-friendly solution. Anyway give me sometime. I shall take a look at some more options
